1. Cancellation Period:

   • You may cancel your life insurance policy within 30 days of receiving the policy documents for a full refund of any premiums paid. This is known as the “free look” period.

   • After the “free look” period, cancellations will be processed as per the terms and conditions of your policy.

2. Refund Eligibility:

   • Refunds are only applicable if the policy is canceled within the “free look” period.

   • If you cancel your policy after the “free look” period, any refund will be calculated based on the unused portion of the premium, minus any applicable fees and charges.

3. How to Request a Refund:

   • To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at inquiry@nektinyanprudence.com

   • You will need to provide your policy number, personal identification details, and the reason for cancellation.

4. Processing Time:

   • Refund requests will be processed within 10-15 business days from the date of receipt of the cancellation request.

   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

5. Exceptions:

   • No refunds will be issued for policies that have been claimed against.

   • Any additional terms and conditions specified in your policy document will apply.
